Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in community relations, stakeholder engagement, or social development, ideally in mining or resources.
• Proven ability to manage sensitive stakeholder relationships and navigate complex social dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Willingness to undertake frequent travel to project sites.

About the Role

While based in Randburg , this role is designed to be predominantly remote, requiring significant travel to various project sites and community engagement points across different regions. You will be the primary liaison, responsible for understanding community needs, communicating project impacts and benefits, and managing stakeholder expectations.
