Job summary

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician to join the Community Integrated Neuro and Stroke Service (CINSS) in Coventry. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to support patients' rehabilitation at home following stroke or neurological conditions.

The role involves assisting therapists, delivering delegated tasks, and helping patients develop independence with guidance from experienced staff.

Qualifications

• Immunisation/vaccination report required from UK health provider or GP.
• Ability to work within a therapy multidisciplinary team and support rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities

• Support rehabilitation tasks delegated by registered therapists.
• Collaborate with Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Dietetics and Psychology teams.
• Assist patients to develop independence and adapt to recovery in home/community settings.
