Community Registered Nurse – Powys, Llandrindod Wells

Location: Llandrindod Wells
Contract: Block booking – ideally 4 weeks
Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week (Minimum 22.5 for continuity)
Service runs:7 days a week | 8 AM – 8 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Administering community medications, including oral, insulin, SC & IM injections
Providing palliative care, including syringe driver management & symptom control
Performing male, suprapubic, and female catheterisations
Managing IV therapy and leg ulcer care
Conducting Doppler assessments and CHC nursing needs assessments (desirable)

Requirements:

Full UK driving license & own car – Essential for community visits
Confidence in key clinical skills
Available for an ASAP start
