Job summary

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist for its client's Reablement Team based in the Derbyshire Dales. This is a full-time agency role offering £26.63 per hour and supporting individuals within the community to regain independence and achieve positive outcomes.

You will complete community-based OT assessments, provide reablement interventions and support, assess needs and identify solutions, and work with colleagues to maximise independence, while maintaining HCPC

Qualifications

• Must have an OT qualification and current HCPC registration.
• Strong assessment and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in community, reablement or social care is desirable.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
