Job summary

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist for its client's Reablement Team based in the Derbyshire Dales. This is a full-time agency role offering £26.63 per hour and supporting individuals within the community to regain independence and achieve positive outcomes.

You will assess and deliver reablement interventions, work with a multidisciplinary team, and help service users maximise independence, with flexible agency arrangements and dedicated consultant support.

Qualifications

• Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification.
• Current HCPC registration.
• Experience in community, reablement or social care is desirable.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete community-based OT assessments.
• Provide reablement interventions and support.
• Assess needs and identify appropriate solutions.
• Support service users to maximise independence.
• Work with colleagues and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
