We are working with a local NHS Trust who are seeking a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to join their Mental Health Hub in Harrow.

Harrow

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

3 month initial contract with the view of extension

You'll be the designated point person for a specified group of working-age adults. You'll evaluate their health, collaborate on care plans with individuals and their caregivers, and provide vital community support for those facing severe and persistent mental health challenges.

Requirements:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC Pin
• Community experience is essential
