Job summary

Craven College in Skipton invites applications for a committed Projects Key Worker to engage with the local community and partner agencies to identify eligible participants for Rise2Thrive/Multiply projects. You will provide tailored support via SMART targets to help participants progress toward employment, training, education, and improved wellbeing, and you will manage a caseload with admin duties.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in the local community and developing successful learning initiatives for individuals and groups.
• Experience of maintaining accurate records and producing high quality written and verbal reports.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to work with partners and travel within West/North Yorkshire.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the local community and agencies to identify eligible participants for Rise2Thrive/Multiply.
• Provide tailored support via SMART targets to help participants overcome barriers to employment, training, education, and wellbeing.
• Manage a caseload and administer caseload activities; work with Projects Team Leader to maximise project outputs and income.
