Job description

We are seeking a strategic, impact-driven Community Programmes Manager to lead the growth and development of our Community Engagement Programme and Garden Programme in line with our 2030 strategy.

This part-time role focuses on strategic direction, partnership building, fundraising, and monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning (MERL) activities. The ideal candidate will be a confident leader with experience in programme strategy, community development, securing sustainable funding, and amplifying user voices.

The Community Programmes Manager will collaborate closely with the Community Engagement Manager to inspire local community involvement through volunteering, user-led steering groups, and advocacy initiatives. You will play a vital role in building community resilience in one of London’s most disadvantaged areas.

You will also oversee the strategic development and sustainability of our Community Garden, a space for learning about food growing, nature, and biodiversity.
