Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Community Program Manager to build and enhance C-level executive communities, shaping peer-led experiences for senior leaders. You will lead multi-channel outreach, partner with Sales and Marketing, and travel to programs about four times per year while delivering compelling, in-person and virtual events.

The role emphasizes strategic engagement, program development, data analysis, and strong relationship-building with c-level executives.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of client success or sales experience.
  • Business development experience is highly preferred.
  • B2B experience is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Office, and PowerBI.
  • Proven experience building trust-based relationships with c-level executives.

Responsibilities

  • Execute on C-level community and Gartner best practices to recruit, engage, and retain C-level executives through consistent multi-channel and multi-touch outreach.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to develop world class agendas for community programs.
  • Be responsible for all client-facing aspects of in-person and virtual programs, including delivery, communicating with C-level executives, sponsors, and internal teams.
  • Travel to in-person programs an average of 4 times a year, serving as host or MC for in-person programs, which does include some public speaking in front of a live audience.
  • Managing multiple competing priorities and community programs over a calendar year.
  • Partner with content to design high-impact programs that align with the interests and needs of the C-level community.
  • Partner with your win-team which includes Sales, Marketing, Content, Client Services, and Operations to ensure we deliver high-impact community programs.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to drive community growth and member acquisition
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to drive referrals for sponsorship opportunities.
  • Analyse and leverage large amounts of community data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement and prioritization.
  • Utilise this data and reporting to track community engagement, growth opportunities, program success, and ultimately drive c-level participation.

Job description

The Community Program Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing our C-level executive communities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of executive-level engagement and community management. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional business development skills, project management & prioritisation skills, a strong ability to foster trust-based relationships at the c-level, and a passion for creating impactful peer-led experiences for our executives members.


Requirements

Community Engagement and Management


  • Execute on C-level community and Gartner best practices to recruit, engage, and retain C-level executives through consistent multi-channel and multi-touch outreach.

  • Leveraging tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to drive community growth through outbound prospecting.

  • Foster strong relationships with community member qualified c-level executives, understanding their needs and priorities to ensure their active participation in community programs.

  • Facilitate peer-to-peer interactions and knowledge sharing among community members.


Program Development and Execution


  • Collaborating with internal partners to develop world class agendas for community programs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of community programs.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for c-level executives community members, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional support. and ensure they receive maximum value from their participation in their community.

  • Partner with your win-team which includes Sales, Marketing, Content, Client Services, and Operations to ensure we deliver high-impact community programs.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing to drive community growth and member acquisition

Data Analysis and Reporting


  • Analyse and leverage large amounts of community data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement and prioritization.

Education

Bachelor's Degree Preferred, Not Required


Experience


  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of client success or sales experience required;

  • Business Development experience is highly preferred;

  • Business-to-business experience is highly preferred required;

  • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Office, and PowerBI preferred

  • Proven experience building trust-based value-add relationships with c-level executives offering insightful, and strategic insight to drive forward their mission critical priorities
