An exciting opportunity has arisen for a community-based phlebotomist to join our locality to support the DN and Anticoagulation teams and housebound patients with their venepuncture requirements.
The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously, managing their own workload (with support), and be a car driver with access to a vehicle. You will be expected to visit patients in their own homes to take blood samples and deliver them back to collection points in a timely manner.
Full training and support are offered.

Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service can present a valid DBS certificate instead of requiring a new check.
