Job summary

Rowlands Pharmacy (Phoenix Medical Supplies) in Dunfermline is seeking a Pharmacy Dispenser/Healthcare Partner to support branch processes and customer care. You will help deliver pharmacy services, build relationships with customers and healthcare professionals, and act as an ambassador for the Rowlands brand in the community.

The role requires NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent, plus an MCA qualification.

Qualifications

NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent is required.
Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification is required.
Evidence of qualifications will be requested from successful candidates.
Experience in a customer-focused environment is preferred.
Ability to handle medications accurately and confidentially.

Responsibilities

Participate in all branch processes on a daily basis.
Build positive relationships with customers, patients and healthcare professionals.
Assist in the delivery of pharmacy services.
Represent Rowlands Pharmacy as an ambassador within the community.
