Job summary

Rowlands Pharmacy in Dundee is looking for a Healthcare Partner to join our branch team. You will support pharmacy services, engage with customers and professionals, and help deliver patient care in a busy community setting.

The ideal candidate has NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent, plus MCA qualification, and thrives in a customer-focused, confidential environment. 40-hour week; 9am–6pm, Monday–Friday; 13.02 per hour.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or accredited equivalent.
• Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to handle medications accurately and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all branch processes.
• Build positive relationships with customers, patients and healthcare professionals.
• Assist in the delivery of pharmacy services.
• Represent Rowlands Pharmacy and engage with the community daily.
