Job summary
Superdrug is seeking a GPhC-registered pharmacist to lead a busy Aberdeen community pharmacy. You’ll deliver patient care, manage stock and operations, and ensure GPhC standards are met while expanding clinical services.
We welcome Pharmacists and Pharmacist Independent Prescribers looking to develop prescribing skills within a supportive team, with real opportunities to progress to regional leadership.
Qualifications
- GPhC registered pharmacist with community pharmacy experience.
- Independent Prescriber qualification welcomed but not essential.
- Newly qualified pharmacists are encouraged to apply.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Commercial awareness and NHS funding understanding.
- Passionate healthcare professionals committed to patient care.
- Ambitious individuals aiming to become future Regional Healthcare Managers.
Responsibilities
- Lead your pharmacy team to exceed targets and deliver patient care.
- Manage stock, operations, and GPhC (PSNI) standards.
- Drive commercial success and ensure compliance.
- Deliver and develop pharmacy and healthcare services for the local community.
- Use clinical expertise to support patients with a wide range of healthcare needs.
- Receive direct support from Regional Healthcare Manager.
- Shape the future of Superdrug’s healthcare offering.
