Job summary

Kamsons Pharmacy in Failsworth is recruiting a Pharmacy Dispenser to join the Focus Pharmacy team. The role is part-time and requires NVQ 2 qualification, with duties including accurate dispensing, patient service and teamwork in a busy environment.

ACD’s and Technicians (NVQ 3) are welcome to apply. Pay is £13.00 per hour, with higher rates for ACDs/Technicians, and there are responsibilities around stock control and NHS data handling.

Responsibilities

• Label and dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure safe storage and supply of medicines.
• Manage stock and order fulfilment to meet patient demand.
• Update patient medication records with confidentiality.
• Assist with preparation of monitored dosage systems if needed.
• Process NHS data correctly to maximise payments.
