Job summary

Day Lewis Pharmacy in Parson Drove is seeking a friendly Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. The role combines retail and dispensary duties, offering varied day-to-day work and patient-facing care.

You’ll work 24 hours per week, 9:30am to 3:30pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, at £13.25 per hour. Full training is provided, and prior pharmacy experience is welcome but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and healthcare advice.
• Assist customers with OTC products and healthcare needs.
• Operate the till and handle transactions.
• Maintain stock levels and merchandising displays.
• Support health promotion campaigns and pharmacy services.
• Assist with the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions.
• Manage prescription collections and deliveries.
• Order, receive and check stock.
• Maintain records and pharmacy paperwork.
