About the Role:

Pulse is working with a national community pharmacy business at an exciting time, as they have invested significantly to grow the business and focus on culture, career pathways, and pharmacist development. This role is based in the Plymouth store, which dispenses over 8,000 valued items monthly to the local community. We are seeking a dedicated and professional Community Pharmacist to join us in Plymouth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medicines and over-the-counter remedies, provide healthcare advice, conduct consultations, and perform diabetes checks.
• Develop and lead your pharmacy team, implementing and sharing best practices.
• Focus on clinical governance and invest time in training your team.
• Proactively develop pharmacy sales, services, and profitability in a cost-effective and compliant manner, adhering to legal, ethical, and company standards.
• Manage day-to-day operations and medium-term planning, including regular audits to maintain high standards.

Requirements:

• Pharmacy Degree (Bachelor or Master).
• Registration as a Pharmacist with the GPC.
• Integrity and compassion.
• Enrolment in the IP Course.
• 4-day condensed full-time working week.
