Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Pharmacist to deliver NHS, locally commissioned and private services, using in-store and digital tools. You will lead patient safety standards, mentor colleagues and work with the Store Manager to grow the healthcare team within a supportive community setting.

You’ll represent Boots locally and with healthcare professionals, delivering essential and enhanced services while maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Experience leading patient care within a pharmacy setting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset with a willingness to coach others.
• Experience in enhanced services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned and private services using in-store and digital tools.
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitor and continually improve standards of care and safety.
• Work with the Store Manager to develop the wider healthcare team's capability.
• Coach, mentor and support colleagues across the team.
• Represent Boots within the local community and withHealthcare professionals.
