Job summary

Boots is seeking a pharmacist to deliver NHS, locally commissioned and private services using in-store and digital tools. You will lead patient safety standards and pharmacy compliance while continually improving care quality.

Working with the Store Manager, you will grow the healthcare team, coach colleagues, and represent Boots in the local community and with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services
• Collaborative, team-first mindset and eagerness to coach others

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance
• Monitor, evaluate and continually improve standards of care and safety
• Work with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team
• Grow talent reflecting the community; coach and support colleagues
• Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals
