Job summary

Boots UK is hiring a pharmacist in Wolverhampton to deliver NHS, locally commissioned and private services using in-store and digital tools. You’ll lead patient safety standards, support a capable healthcare team, and provide trusted advice with a focus on community care.

You’ll work with the Store Manager to grow the team, coach colleagues and represent Boots within the local community, contributing to a inclusive, patient‑centred pharmacy practice.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset and eagerness to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools.
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continually improve standards of care and safety.
• Work with Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team.
• Grow talent through coaching, mentoring and supporting colleagues.
• Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals.
