This is a vital role that connects with partners, represents Monk at events, and turns great conversations into successful collaborations.
You’ll work closely with our CEO and small but mighty team, shaping the direction of our partnerships and sales efforts, and be instrumental in driving the brand’s growth as we make waves in both the UK and US markets.
Own partner relationships : Manage and grow our partnerships with the likes of Fairmont Hotels, premium gyms, and members' clubs, ensuring we stay top of mind.
Build a B2B sales pipeline : Drive both inbound and outbound leads, taking charge of sales meetings and negotiations to convert partnerships into sales.
Community engagement : Represent Monk at key events and in our own Monk Studio, converting conversations into loyal followers and advocates.
Sales-marketing alignment : Work closely with Alex to ensure sales and marketing efforts are in sync, leveraging ongoing campaigns to support your initiatives.
Product training & demos : Ensure our partners’ staff are trained on the Monk product and provide in-person demos to bring our product to life.
Reporting & insights : Keep leadership informed with regular updates on B2B performance, market trends, and customer feedback to help shape our future strategy.
Monk ambassador : Be the face of Monk for our partners, helping to build strong, lasting relationships that impact the business.
You’re excited by the start-up environment and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic space.
You’re a strong communicator, able to engage premium commercial partners with confidence and authenticity.
You’re solution-oriented, with sharp negotiation skills and a knack for listening and understanding what partners need.
You’re passionate about health, wellness, and making a real impact.
You believe in follow-through – if you say you’ll do something, it gets done.
You’ve got 3+ years of experience in sales or partnerships, and you love closing deals that benefit everyone involved.
Join a fast-growing team redefining wellness.
Competitive salary with performance-related incentives.
Be part of shaping a movement in cold water therapy.
Wellness benefits, regular team retreats, and a creative, health-focused work environment (yes, we work from saunas sometimes).
