Job Description

Thornbury Community Services, an ‘Outstanding’ CQC-rated care provider, recruits paediatric nurses to deliver bespoke care and support to young people. Our goal is to help them stabilize at home, achieve personal goals, learn new hobbies, and participate in community trips. We are seeking qualified paediatric complex care nurses to join our team and provide community-based care.

We value nurses who share our passion and commitment to quality care. You will support clients in their homes, help avoid hospital admissions, and ensure they receive the highest quality of care.

We are looking for:

• A minimum of 12 months' UK experience in the last two years working with clients with clinical complex needs, especially Tracheostomy, Ventilation, and TPN.
• Availability for last-minute shifts: This is an as-and-when basis to suit your schedule, including emergency cover. Can you be there when no one else can?
• Willingness to travel.
• Community experience is desirable but not essential.
