Job summary

Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community OT Band 6 (37.5 hours per week) on a fixed term contract to work in the Bracknell locality. You will join the Learning Disabilities service delivering community-based OT interventions for adults with learning disabilities in diverse settings.

You will manage a caseload, contribute to specialist assessments, and provide advice to families and carers, working with partner agencies across Bracknell and Wokingham to promote

Qualifications

• Registered OT with experience of working with people with Learning Disabilities.
• Current OT Registration.
• To hold a driving licence and have access to a car.
• To have a good understanding of reasonable adjustment.

Responsibilities

• To manage a caseload.
• To contribute to comprehensive specialist assessment.
• To provide specialist advice and therapeutic interventions to parents and carers of people with a learning.
