North Northamptonshire Council is seeking a Chartered Occupational Therapist to join our Community OT service. You will complete functional assessments, develop moving and handling care plans, provide expert advice on equipment and adaptations, and work with clients and carers to promote independence and safe living at home.

Formación

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
• HCPC registration is essential.
• Enhanced DBS clearance required.
• Evidence of ongoing CPD.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out detailed functional assessments of daily living skills and recommend care.
• Perform moving and handling assessments for complex cases.
• Develop and implement safe moving and handling care plans.
• Provide specialist advice on equipment and adaptations to maximise independence.
• Collaborate with clients, families and carers to deliver person-centred care.
