Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Associate Therapy Practitioner to provide adults with learning disabilities with therapeutic input in community settings under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

You will work both independently and as part of the team, delivering activities, recording progress, and supporting carers and other professionals while meeting Trust standards and objectives.

Qualificações

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and associated packages.
• Experience of working with people with learning disabilities and/or mental health problems.
• Experience of 1:1 interventions and leading groups.

Responsabilidades

• Work individually with service users on tasks and activities guided by the Therapist.
• Promote engagement in meaningful occupation to enhance quality of life.
• Provide interventions aligned with Trust standards and values.
• Maintain clinical records using electronic patient record system.
• Liaise with carers and other professionals as relevant.
• Attend mandatory training and participate in supervision and development.
