London Borough of Merton is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support residents in maintaining independence within their own homes. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you’ll assess needs, identify practical solutions and deliver interventions to enable safe living at home.

Responsabilités

• Supporting assessments of residents with lower-level needs in the community
• Providing advice, guidance, and practical solutions to support daily living
• Recommending and arranging simple equipment and minor adaptations
• Assisting with referrals for more complex or major adaptations
• Working closely with Occupational Therapists to deliver effective support plans
