Job summary

Lewisham Council is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to assess adults in their homes and via telephone, recommending equipment and home adaptations to promote independence and wellbeing. You will collaborate with carers and a vibrant multi-disciplinary team to deliver person-centred care in Lewisham.

Applicants should hold a Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy and be comfortable with signposting to other services; weekend work is not required.

Qualifications

• Relevant Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy is needed.
• Weekend working is not required for this job.
• Ability to signpost to other services and provide OT-focused information and advice.
