Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Healthcare Support Worker to assist our Community Nursing Service across Hampshire. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care in patients' homes, supported by a multidisciplinary team, with shifts 8am–8pm, seven days a week.

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, and applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ in health care or equivalent, or willingness to commit to training.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Aufgaben

• Work under supervision following written care plans and care pathways devised by the Registered Nurse.
• Follow prescribed care plans and treatment protocols.
• Follow HPCT Policies and Procedures.
• Has knowledge and skills to carry out prescribed tasks and will report variances to the Registered Nurse.

Ausbildung
