Job summary

Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Registered Nursing Associate to join the Darlington Treatment & Intervention Team at West Park Hospital. The role focuses on recovery-oriented community care with a personal caseload and MDT support.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register.
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
• Qualification in assessment, supervision and teaching in clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery-focused care as a key worker within the community team.
• Manage an own caseload and monitor long-term patients (e.g., lithium, clozapine, depot meds).
• Coordinate multiagency work and liaise with other services within TEWV NHS Trust.
• Travel across locality; access to a vehicle for business purposes.
