A community healthcare provider is seeking an enthusiastic Community Nurse to join their team in Royal Tunbridge Wells. The role involves providing complex nursing care to a diverse patient group, often including elderly individuals and those recently discharged from hospital. The ideal candidate will support patient safety, have a full UK driving licence, and display a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. Flexible working arrangements are offered.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Community Nurse to join our caring and progressive team in Abbey Court. You will work as part of a close-knit team who are dedicated to the health and wellbeing of people in Tunbridge Wells. Tunbridge Wells is made up of a diverse patient group with complex needs. Community Nurses make a difference by making sure our services are proactive and patient-focused, helping to keep people at home and independent for longer. Our community nursing teams are closely aligned with local Primary Care Networks, to make sure patient care is holistic and joined up. We believe in treating the whole person, not just the condition, so we take time to get to know our patients.
Your patients could be any age, but they’ll often be elderly, while others may have been recently discharged from hospital, be terminally ill or have physical disabilities.
