Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current NMC registration.

• Willingness to travel across Central Cheshire footprint and work across areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess nursing care needs of identified population.
• Implement and evaluate care programmes in community and wound care clinics.
• Manage a designated caseload and work with team leaders to deliver safe care.
