Job summary

CSH Surrey, part of the NHS, invites applications for a Band 5 Community Nurse to join the Woking Community Nursing team covering Central Woking, Sheerwater, and surrounding areas. The role provides home visits, care-home support, and extensive development opportunities with a comprehensive induction and 7-day service operations.

The post requires an Adult Nursing qualification; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 1st Level Nurse Registration (live registered with the NMC).
• Willingness to undertake further education around management of long-term conditions.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care and manage service provision per national/local priorities and NMC guidelines.
• Participate in assessment and care planning with the District Nurse.
• Maintain accurate records in paper/electronic systems.
• Promote health and participate in risk management and clinical audits.
• Mentor students and staff; support personal development and supervision.
