- Desirable: V100/Mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Lead duties as negotiated with District Nurse.
- Assess, deliver and evaluate holistic care.
- Maintain records per SDHC procedures.
- Support/mentor team members and students.
- Promote health and wellbeing of patients.
