Job summary

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a motivated registered nurse (Adult) to join the Penwith Community Nursing Team in Hayle on a part-time basis. The role focuses on delivering home-based care to support patient independence and wellbeing.

You will work evenings, weekends and bank holidays with shifts 8am–10pm; a driving licence and access to a car are essential. The team provides supervision, CPD opportunities and a supportive environment for skill development.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with current NMC status and recent CPD.
• Mentor qualification or willingness to attain it.
• Post-registration diploma or degree or working towards a degree.
• Proficient IT skills with Word, Excel and email.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care at patients' homes.
• Collaborate with patients and carers to support informed choice.
• Support the Community Nurse Team leader and locality teams as needed.
• Provide evidence-based nursing care in line with policies and guidelines.
