Job summary

The Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a permanent Band 5 Community Nurse to work 37.5 hours per week in the South Wrexham District Nursing Service, based at Plas Madoc Clinic.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate community care, collaborating with the district nursing team and other agencies to provide clinically effective care. Welsh language ability is desirable but both Welsh and English speakers are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with evidence of continued professional development.
• Motivated, enthusiastic, team player, able to work independently.
• Welsh or English speakers welcome to apply, Welsh language desirable.

Responsibilities
