Job summary

Superior Healthcare is recruiting a Registered Nurse in Dover to provide high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes, with clinical guidance available as needed. This role offers a supportive environment to apply your nursing expertise and build strong relationships with those you assist.

You'll work with a dedicated care team on complex caseloads, ensuring care plans are followed, wellbeing is monitored and any changes in health are addressed promptly.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• A compassionate and person-centred approach to care.
• Ability to work safely within professional boundaries and agreed competencies.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Full clean UK driving licence.
• One years' nursing experience in the UK.
• Experience in BiPAP ventilation, gastroesophageal reflux disease, airway scaffolds and scoliosis is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, person-centered nursing care in line with individual care plans.
• Assess and monitor clients’ health and wellbeing.
• Provide agreed clinical interventions within your professional competence.
• Administer and manage medication in line with relevant policies and care plans.
• Recognise and respond appropriately to changes in a client’s condition.
• Maintain clear, accurate and timely care records.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
• Promote dignity, independence, choice and quality of life.
• Follow safeguarding, infection prevention and clinical governance procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the wider Superior Healthcare team.
