ESNEFT in Stowmarket is seeking a part-time Community Staff Nurse (Band 5) to join the Integrated Community Team. The post is fixed term for 8 months and supports care in patients' homes, with clinic work at base locations. Experience is welcome but full training will be provided.

An opportunity has arisen for a part time Community Staff Nurse to join the Stowmarket Integrated Community Team. Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
The team is integrated, motivated and forward thinking consisting of Therapists, Social Workers, Nurses and Support Staff.
Our primary function is to provide health and social care to patients in their home environment promoting independence and avoiding hospital admission. We also run clinics at base such as Leg Ulcer, Falls, Line care.
The team work with 3 GP practices and there is a wealth of experience and knowledge within the current members of the team.
You would need to be motivated and committed to delivering high quality care.
There is an expectation you would use your own car for work.

Provision of nursing care e.g. woundcare, catheter care, leg ulcer care, palliative and end of life care, diabetic care
