Are you a nurse looking for a supportive team and the opportunity to develop new skills?

This is an exciting time to join the community nursing service in West Herts. We are developing new community pathways to support more care in people's homes, and to facilitate this, we offer a range of new learning and development opportunities through the CLCH Academy.

We are seeking a nurse with a genuine interest in continuing to develop skills in this field. We support newly qualified nurses, return to practice nurses, and nurses transitioning from other settings, including acute care. Flexibility according to service needs, excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills are essential.

Our locations include Potters Bar Community Hospital and Elstree Way Clinic in Borehamwood Street. Please contact us to arrange an informal visit and meet the team.
