Job summary

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust in Maidstone is seeking a compassionate Band 5 Nurse to join our Maidstone Community Nursing Service. You will deliver high-quality community care to housebound patients, work within Primary Care Networks, and provide integrated, patient-centred support at home.

You’ll develop advanced clinical skills, manage a diverse caseload, administer medications (including IV therapy), and contribute to palliative and end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with valid UK PIN.
• Band 5 level experience in community or equivalent setting preferred.
• Commitment to safe, high-quality community care.

Please note: at this stage, the role is open only to colleagues currently employed within Kent and Medway NHS Trusts, the Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board (ICB) and Medway Community Healthcare or working on the Staff Bank within these organisations. Nursing and AHP vacancies are also open to Student Nurses and Newly Qualified Nurses/AHPs.
