Job Opportunity: Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist (Locum)

Mediplacements is seeking to recruit a Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist for a locum position with our client in Preston.

Pay Rate: GBP27-GBP35 per hour

Start Date: As soon as possible

Duration: Ongoing

Job Description:

1. Position is primarily Band 6, but applications from Band 5 or Band 7 candidates will be considered if they possess relevant experience and knowledge.
2. Must be an experienced Speech & Language Therapist (SLT), trained and qualified in dysphagia.
3. Experience with stroke and acquired brain injury (ABI) is required. Community experience is desirable but not essential.
4. Applicants must have recent SLT experience in adult neuro conditions, specifically adult acquired conditions (not paediatric).

Note: The role will be adapted to fit the submitted candidate's banding based on experience and knowledge.
