Job summary

Midwinter Physiotherapy Ltd in Evesham is seeking a HCPC registered physiotherapist to support older adults in community settings. You will work with an experienced team, delivering falls prevention, reablement and rehab after illness or hospital stay with clinical oversight from senior leadership.

This full-time role offers flexible travel across Gloucestershire and beyond, with ongoing development and progression opportunities as the team grows in the region.

Qualifications

• Experience with older adults and falls prevention strategies.
• Neurological rehab experience for stroke, Parkinson’s, MS or related needs.
• HCPC registered physiotherapist with current registration.
• Evidence-based rehabilitation planning and compassionate patient care.
• Willingness to travel across community locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat older adults across community settings.
• Deliver falls prevention and reablement programmes.
• Support recovery after illness or hospital admission.
• Build strength, balance and mobility to reduce readmission.
• Create personalised, evidence-based rehabilitation plans.
• Work with families, carers and support staff to enable home care.
• Support our neurological, learning disability and elderly care services.
