Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Community Midwife to deliver antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care across community settings. You will manage your own caseload, supporting home births and high-risk cases within a supportive team, with rota on-call duties and travel to community sites.

Training and development opportunities are available. The role requires a Band 6 Midwife with a driving license and willingness to travel to meet Community Team needs.

• Band 6 midwife with community care experience.
• Ability to manage own caseload and participate in the on-call rota.
• Demonstrated commitment to holistic care for women and families.

Responsabilidades

• Provide antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care in the community.
• Manage own caseload and clinics in community settings.
• Support home birth and high-risk pregnancies within a multidisciplinary team.
• Be on call overnight and possibly act up for team leader when required.
• Travel to various locations to meet service needs.
