Community Mental Health Team Social Worker, Swansea

Up to £38.43ph

This is a full-time position, 37 hours per week, involving a mix of office-based work and visiting clients in hospitals and their own homes. Some mental health experience is essential, along with skills in writing and submitting reports, attending Mental Health Tribunals, and being an active part of the team.
