Qualifications

• Six months of care experience is required.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and composure under pressure.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK for at least nine months without sponsorship.
• Ability to work as part of a team and provide person-centred care.
• Willingness to work flexible day/evening shifts, including weekends, sleep-ins or waking-nights.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to clients in their homes or community settings.
• Work day, evening, weekend shifts with planned sleep-ins or waking-nights.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet evolving needs.
• Maintain high standards of governance and documentation.
