NHS Scotland in Stevenston seeks a Mental Health Worker to join our multidisciplinary practice. You will work in the community and GP setting, delivering mental health assessments, care planning and person-centered support with a focus on maintaining high-quality patient care and work-life balance.

You will need registration with NMC/SSSC/HPC, strong communication, risk assessment and organisational skills, and be able to collaborate with a wide MDT including practice nurses and pharmacists.

Competenze

• Registered professional qualification with NMC, SSSC or HPC.
• Experience in mental health assessment and care planning.
• Interest in community and general practice settings.
