Inspire North is seeking a Community Mental Health Practitioner to work in Leeds with NHS colleagues and partners, delivering person-centred assessments, care planning and support for service users with complex needs.

You will use validated tools and established protocols to guide effective care, while upholding trauma-informed, recovery-focused principles and a commitment to inclusion and anti-racism.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality one-to-one support in community settings.
• Commitment to helping clients take an active role in shaping their support.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed, recovery-focused practice and inclusion/anti-racism.
