Rotherham Doncaster & South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join the Psychosis Pathway as a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse in Scunthorpe.

You will provide high quality nursing care, assessments and treatment across a range of clients with psychosis, delivering services within a multi-disciplinary team and collaborating with partner agencies.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team as a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse. The right candidate will be enthusiastic and a highly organised mental health professional who is able to provide high quality nursing care, assessment and treatment.

The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive Community Mental Health Nursing Service across a whole range of clients experiencing mental ill health within the psychosis pathway. The service will be delivered in collaboration with representatives from other agencies and therefore the ability to work independently and with partner agencies is essential.

It is essential that applicants can demonstrate post registration experience as an RMN, which may include inpatient and community settings.

We offer strong clinical support, supervision and multidisciplinary teamwork. We pride ourselves on being a supportive team that welcomes innovation. The Trust has a well‑established appraisal and supervision structure and actively encourages continual professional development.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (some flexibility required) and excluding bank holidays. Due to the large geographical area of North Lincs, it is essential that applicants are able to efficiently and effectively move around the area to deliver the interventions in a timely manner.

Salary: £39,959 - £48,117 per annum
