The shift pattern for this post is Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
The post holder will deliver comprehensive, specialist nursing services for clients diagnosed with First Episode Psychosis within NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde.
The role includes leading partnership efforts within the mental health network, both internally and externally.
You will be responsible for profession-specific clinical governance activities within the Early Intervention team, including monitoring standards of care, staff support, ongoing education, clinical supervision, and policy implementation.
You will manage your own community caseload and supervise Support Workers and students within your team.
The aim is to promote recovery by maximizing engagement, involving families and carers, reducing symptoms, minimizing hospital stays and use of the mental health act, decreasing incidents of self-harm, and enhancing social functioning.
