We are looking to recruit a Band 5 Community Mental Health Nurse who has enthusiasm and passion to work within older adult's mental health services.
The Band 5 Community Mental Health Nurse will have the opportunity to consolidate their skills in mental health nursing. We seek someone keen to develop the specialist skills needed in an older adults mental health team.
This post offers a preceptorship, so newly qualified nurses are welcome to apply.
Fylde Coast RITT is an Older Adults Community Mental Health service based at the Lytham Unit, Lytham hospital.
We operate 7 days a week, from 8am to 8pm, with shifts including Early (8-4pm), Late (12-8pm), and some weekend work (currently one in four).
Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust offers a range of services, including secondary mental health care, inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health, and forensic services including low and medium secure care.
The Trust also provides physical health and well-being services in the community, collaborating with partners across Lancashire, Cumbria, and Sefton.
