Community Marketing Specialist
West End, London | Full Time Office Based | Monday to Friday
You must have 2-4 years in community, influencer or grassroots marketing, ideally within sportswear, sport, fashion, music, or cultural spaces and at least 3 years UK based community marketing experience to be considered.
One to One Personnel is proud to be working with Reebok, our global brand client who is looking to hire a Community Marketing Specialist to join their team at their flagship offices based in the West End of London.
Role Summary
As Community Specialist, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life through real relationships and cultural connection. From sport to style, you’ll help activate and grow Reebok’s European community by building meaningful connections across sport, style, and culture.This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about consumers, trends, and the energy that drives communities forward, both online and IRL.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in community, influencer, or grassroots marketing — ideally within sportswear, sport, fashion, music, or cultural spaces
- Strong understanding of youth and street culture, especially in key European cities
- Experience working with talent and agencies on events, campaigns, or seeding programs
- Social media fluency and a good sense of what content works in community spaces
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, comms, social, and retail teams
- Passionate about culture, sportswear and creativity — you’re the kind of person who knows what’s happening before it hits the feed
- A natural connector with great instincts and strong communication skills
- Curious, collaborative, and energized by new ideas and new communities
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
- You bring a growth mind-set and thrive in a fast-moving environment
Role and Responsibilities
- Community Engagement: Manage day-to-day relationships with athletes, creators, partners, and emerging talent, building long-term brand love and advocacy
- Cross-Category Focus: Work across all pillars of the brand — training, running, basketball, and lifestyle — to ensure community efforts reflect the full Reebok ecosystem
- Seeding & Talent Support: Coordinate with agencies to support product seeding and creator partnerships that feel timely and authentic
- Activation Support: Assist in delivering grassroots brand moments, pop-ups, events, and account activations across key European markets
- Talent Scouting: Spot fresh voices and cultural leaders, both digitally and in local scenes, who align with Reebok’s spirit and values
- Trend Monitoring: Stay tapped into what’s new and next — from emerging communities to style movements — and feed insights back to the brand team
- Social Storytelling Support: Partner with the social team to help elevate local community stories and authentic narratives
- Briefing & Collaboration: Support the development of creative briefs for agencies, partners, or internal teams with clear, community-driven input
- Marketplace Connection: Stay closely connected to local culture, scenes, and retail environments — ensuring Reebok shows up in the right places, with the right people
