Rotherham Education Services (RES) of the RNN Group is seeking a proactive Community Lecturer to deliver Spanish to adults within our community learning programs, in line with funding requirements. This temporary role runs until July 2027, at 2 hours per week on Mondays 10:00–12:00, with the aim of supporting enrolment and meeting funding targets.

• Experience of teaching Spanish to adults preferably within an education environment.
• Experience teaching both employed and unemployed learners.
• Hold a teaching qualification or be working towards one.

Responsabilités

• Deliver Spanish tutoring to adults across a range of levels within community learning, in line with funding requirements.
• Support coordination of activities throughout the academic year and ensure high quality teaching and learner engagement.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients and contribute to enrolment targets and accurate data for funding compliance.

Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire

Salary: £19.62 to £20.59 per hour plus Holiday pay (Rate dependant on if qualified)

Vacancy Type: Temporary until July 2027, 2 hours per week, Mondays 10:00-12:00

Rotherham Education Services (RES) supply casual and temporary staffing to the RNN Group. The RNN Group consists of Rotherham, Dearne Valley and North Notts colleges.

We are looking for a proactive and professional Spanish tutor who will be responsible for delivering at a variety of levels within our community learning, in line with funding requirements. The successful candidate will support the coordination of a range of activities throughout the academic year.

You will be committed to providing an excellent customer service to both internal and external clients, whilst producing a high level of accuracy, excellent organisational skills and a flexible approach to work.

Through a proactive, enthusiastic and customer focused approach you will help the College achieve its mission to provide support for the future of our students and community, through outstanding teaching and learning. Your work will ultimately lead to increased enrolment numbers, highly accurate data, meeting funding requirements plus positive development of the College reputation.
